As printed tools can be supplied on shorter lead times to toolmakers and customers for in-house completion, with the option to provide print-only tooling for customer CNC finishing.

Machined surface quality

A Class (Ra 16 micro-inch) surface can be achieved on finished molds. Typical mold surface would be finished to Ra 32 microinch.
